A few basics of the Survey Group:

• RECEIVING SURVEYS:
  • You will receive occasional surveys from chern-admin@cherninfo.com, no more frequently than once a month.
  • Each survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
  • The Survey Group aims to achieve a high response rate and a fast turn-around. To this end, we ask members to complete as many surveys as possible and within a reasonable time following receipt of a survey.
• CREATING SURVEYS:
  • Any member may submit a survey for dissemination to the Survey Group - the CHERN administration will assit you in constuction if needed.
  • Just email your surveys in document form to chern-admin@cherninfo.com, and we will convert it into SurveyMonkey format. Surveys should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
  • We will collect the responses on SurveyMonkey and you will receive all the data from your survey, with basic analyses of the results.
• SURVEY RESULTS
  • Are posted on our website www.CHERNinfo.com under "Surveys".
  • We invite you to submit your completed surveys for consideration in the Journal of Comminuty Hospital Internal Medicine Perspective (JCHIMP).
